Edsel Ads is a client acquisition agency based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. We serve service businesses in the Dominican Republic and the US Hispanic market. We manage advertising campaigns on digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok and Microsoft), messaging automation, CRM, email marketing, search visibility and digital presence services.

- Messages: the content of the conversations you start with us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, WebChat or email.

- Advertising campaign information: ad performance data, audiences, conversions and interactions with ads managed by Edsel Ads on behalf of our clients.

- Operational tools: we use Prometheo as our CRM, ManyChat to automate messaging, Calendly to book calls, email marketing platforms for email follow-up, reporting tools and artificial intelligence providers for automated replies. Each tool is subject to its own privacy terms.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order or a competent authority.
- Protection of rights: to protect the rights, property or safety of Edsel Ads, our clients or the public.
Interest-based advertising
As a digital advertising agency, we manage remarketing campaigns that may show you ads based on your visit to our site or other online behavior. You can opt out of personalized advertising here:
Data retention
We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide the services you hired and to meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it securely.
