Data Deletion Request

At Edsel Ads we respect your privacy. If you have ever interacted with any of our applications or tools connected to Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp (Meta), or have given us your details through any other channel, you can request their deletion at any time.

1. How to request deletion

   1. Send an email to ventas@edselads.com with the subject "Data Deletion".
   2. Include your full name and the email or phone number associated with your account or your conversation with us.
   3. We will process your request within a maximum of 30 business days and confirm by email.

2. What gets deleted

   Once your request is processed, we will delete all personal information associated with you from our systems, our CRM and our messaging and marketing tools. This includes:

   • Your contact details: name, email, phone number and business name
   • The history of your conversations with us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, WebChat or email
   • Your record and tags in our CRM
   • Your email in our email marketing lists

3. What we cannot delete ourselves

   Some data is not in our systems but on the platforms you use, and is managed from your own account:

   • The data that Meta, Google, TikTok or Microsoft keep about you. You can review and delete it in each platform's privacy settings.
   • Information the law requires us to keep, such as payment receipts or invoices, for the applicable legal period.

   If you are unsure what data we hold about you, write to us before requesting deletion and we will confirm it.
